Introduction
The Late Christopher Sapara Williams, the foremost Nigerian Lawyer conscious of the significant role of the Legal Profession in any society, did not mince words when he said “The legal practitioner lives for the direction of his people and the advancement of the cause of his countrymen”. It is therefore unarguable that the inability or incapacitation of the legal profession to optimally play its role in Africa bears great implications.
